Our Story
Where Smoke Meets Soul
Born between the sand of Pensacola and the red clay of Alabama, I grew up watching my grandmothers make food that could heal anything. Granny Alean's slow-smoked oxtails and Granny Leola's golden mac & cheese taught me patience, pride, and that real Southern cooking isn't just food - it's family.
Now every recipe carries a name, a memory, and a laugh from someone at our table: Auntie Pre with her ribs, Momma Nicey's dark-meat chicken, and cousins Chris and Bull still arguing that they can BBQ better than me. Big Sis Ashley keeps the sweet tea flowing, Baby Sis Navy keeps us all humble, and Buddy - Keith Beasley - is the reason the fire never dies.
