Our Story
Born between the sand of Pensacola and the red clay of Alabama, I grew up watching my grandmothers make food that could heal anything. Granny Alean's slow-smoked oxtails and Granny Leola's golden mac & cheese taught me patience, pride, and that real Southern cooking isn't just food - it's family.
Dedicated to Granny Alean and Granny Leola - the women who taught me that smoke, flavor and love can feed a soul.

Granny Alean's Oxtails
Slow-smoked and simmered with love, just the way Granny Alean taught me. She showed me that good food takes time and flavor comes from the heart. Cousin Makayla and Cousin Michael still fight for the first plate every Sunday.
